Greetings fellow ARToholics! Welcome to one of the newest groups here on deviantART, #ARToholics! What is an ARToholic you ask?

ARToholic: (noun) a person who creates, consumes, and enjoys art to excess habitually.

In other words, if you spend way too much time on dA, you may be an ARToholic!

Being that we are a new group and are just getting started, we don't know for sure where this group will go or do, but here's our mission statement...

Mission Statement: To create a place for fellow ARToholics to gather, discuss, create, and enjoy art. We will do this with fun and unique activities that will help foster creativity and growth amongst our members.

To help get this group rolling, we're looking for 2 things...

1. MEMBERS: Of course we need members, so if you'd love to join in, even though we don't have any activities running yet, come on in and request to become a member. Then stay tuned for updates and fun!



2. ADMIN: We can't do anything without some admin in the house. We need motivated, dedicated, and downright fun people to help lead this community down the road we call the future! If you would like to become an admin, all you need to do is send us a join request as a Contributor and in the notes section, explain about yourself and why you feel you would make a great leader of #ARToholics. That's it, we aren't posting a big list of questions to answer, but please be detailed in your response!

We hope to have many members and several admin by late June, that way we can get things really moving by the beginning of July. But we can't do it without YOU, so get involved today!
